In appearance, the wine has a brilliant golden yellow color, with a mesmerizing stream of tiny bubbles rising to a persistent crown of white mousse. The rich and complex aromas are accentuated by the natural ripeness of our grapes with hints of red apple, wild strawberries, golden apple, dried apricot, jasmine, acacia blossoms, as well as spicy tones of roasted nuts, white chocolate and honeysuckle. On the palate, it is an explosion of white and red berry flavors, with creamy layers of fresh fig, white cherry, vanilla beans, underlined by a refreshing acidity. The long lasting finish is dominated by biscuit, toast and nutty flavors is an open invitation to unending hedonistic delight. Perfect on its own as an evening starter, it will also be a perfect match a wide selection of foods, from wild mushroom risotto to roasted duck or densely flavored game food dishes.

A distinctive style, with aromas that range from citrus flower to nutty yeast to hints of rubber. The flavors are ripe, focused and intense, with cherry, pear, caramel and toast notes and a rich, lingering finish. Drink now through 2008.
