Bodegas Juan Gil
Intense deep red cherry colour. Powerful in nose, clean and complex. Very attractive fruity aromas, touchs of ripe fruit and reminds of new wood. Well- constituted in mouth, well-structured, lively and tasty, taking shape, well-balanced and very good in presence. Matching Food: Rices, cooked dish, vegetable, mushroom, stewed meat, sausage, pork, roast meat, red and/or white meat with sauces, grilled meat, short or medium chesse.
