A liqueur made from black currents, which grow in the vicinity of Dijon, the capital of Burgundy in France. Deep red when held up to the light tending toward a slightly darker color. Subtle aromas like black currants. A sweet, rich and fruity black currant (cassis) flavor with a long-lasting finish.
